G'day trendsetters,
Basically I want to copy all of my legally downloaded and copied music from my ipod onto a friends MAC (yeah she's gay n shit). I downloaded a free program 'sharepod' which allows me to do exactly this on my home/work PC, but it doesn't seem to work on her MAC.

I'm a n00b with itunes, so I'm not sure if there's a way to share via that? Otherwise is there a free program I can download.

Thoughts and assistance please.

save all your music onto a conventional thumb drive / portable hard drive. Much less fucking around.

Would rather use the ipod TBH. Has all the music set up how I want it. Can transfer playlists etc.

Rather a download of some sort that can allow me to transfer.

Try that one. I "bought" a copy of it through that *ahem* store with the eyepatches and so forth once. Worked alright, but that was a fair while in the past.

A slight stuff around, but a free way to do it I was shown on OSx was to copy/drag files from the hidden ipod music directory (enable disk mode on ipod) into recycling (to strip permissions) then copy back out to you music folder.
Set itunes to auto rename your music library to get proper file names back.
