1996 jeep cherokee Review

just got offered a 1996 jeep cherokee for a good price
believe it has the 4 litre in it but unsure if they are worth buying.
Anyone had one for a decent period of time and can give me some advice on whether they are reliable at all?

bucket of bolts, they cost huge in maintenance and running. traded many many jeeps at auto classic, worth peanuts.

hahah. yes ask at a jeep forum if they think jeeps are any good.

Horrible on fuel, lots of electrical gremlins and expensive parts.

cheers guys sounds like mroe trouble then their worth..
i checked afew surveys on Carsurvey.com from owners and they seemed to get alrite reviews but if anything was to go wrong seems like they are pricey to fix.
