For Sale: 50cc Scooter

My dad thought it would be a great idea to buy a scooter.....
It was dropped at speed i assume and has recieved some damage but i gave it a little fix but lost enthuiasm so im selling it now

Details:
-PGO Botwell 50cc Road Scooter
-23313
-Has damage to some of the panels.
-I have stripped the panels off and preassure packed they look pretty shit but covers the gouges up.
-Runs perfectly
-Unregistered but has a plate.
-Other then that everything appears to work.

Needs a few things such as
-Cluster, Has cracked backing and speedo inop.
-Cluster fiberglass surround cracked
-Plastic cover under handle bars cracked.
-Needs one new mirror but both currently removed
-One rear grab handle is cracked so is removed.

Unsure were to source parts for these but the site on the scooter reads: scooter.com.au

Would be a good little project to someone with more time.

But for now id like it gone

Unsure on what pits looks for on scooters to pass but id say it would need a new dash cluster and the fiberglass trim around it and also the LH side brake lever + accesories switches thing

To be honest im unsure man but if anyone knows how to check that ill happily check for you as im unsure how. My dad bought it and wasn't handed any papers.

just phone ur local transport office and give them the rego and/or vin and they can tell u if its lic.

Or isnt there a new website for checkin if a vehicle is lic since they got rid of the rego discs?

If it has expired rego for more than 3 months and the plates were not handed in. There would be a fine of $150 i think. Unless the fines are paid, the bike cannot be registered. This is for cars thou. I don't know if it's applicable to bikes.
