ok a few days ago was feeling a slight vibration in the clutch, i knew something was gonna break so i kept driving and nothing happened. I parked up at my mates placed went inside for a hour got back in the car started it up and put the clutch in and the clutch pedal hit the floor and wouldnt come back.
Any thoughts im thinking maybe a oil issue or pump, its a r32 with a 25det but i think may be still running a 20 box.

pedal will still come back up with a broken pivot though wont it?
my 33 broke the pivot, and i'm pretty sure the pedal action was fine, the grab point was just literally on the floor.

About the same labour wise as a clutch change.
It's a box out job, and 50ish bucks for a nismo pivot.

Cheers for that =D
Would a new clutch kit include one? I have my car booked in at ASG for friday for a tune, but first it's got to actually drive, so I'm thinking about just getting a whole new clutch anyway.
A box out/in would be about 600-700 isn't it?

nah, not part of a clutch kit.
what car/gearbox? if it's a skyline you should get away with it for a fair whack under that price, they are relatively easy boxes to remove in the scheme of things.
dont quote me though... i do all my own shiz, so i have no idea what workshops would charge.

Yeah it's just for a '33 man. I've never actually worked out how much it should cost, since when you go to the workshop they tell you something like "should be about $___ man" and invariably double it when you come back.
Thanks for the ino though, was getting worried about how much it'll cost to work out what's wrong

Definitely. Got reccomended to them before I knew any better, got a fuel pump and a clutch done, both were overpriced, both fucked up and had to go back to get fixed.
Mitchy - Will do yeah, they seemed real straight up when I've been there. I've heard lots of good stories.
