Asking on behalf of a mate.

Long story short...

Carby engine, something to do with cam not providing enough vacuum for brakes so he is looking for an Electric Brake Booster. - (sorry, not familier with workings/finer details)

He was shown this kit, and apparently its whats needed?

If anyone has any info that can be passed on or had experience with these, or know where they can be purchased in WA, or be it Australia if you could let me know.

Thankyou...

Why not try n fit diesel alternator or use 2nd tank as vacume storage .

Thanks for suggestion, I honestly have no idea how that stuff works, will suggest what you said to him.
Im guessing this [electric pump]is was simplest (but probably not most cost effective) way of getting the brakes to work.

I have an electric vacuum pump at work
And aux tank

Looking at over $1k fitted... they are abit ugly and noisy

Diesel alternator with inbuilt vac pump is the neatest way to go and quieter

Whats the car and details of engine please ?

Overlander
Nowhere to put it close enough to the booster

Its not on there anymore... hence why I have one at work

He changed the cam... made it more driveable... made more HP... and fixedhis vacuum problem
Don't trust crate motors to be what you expect... when pulled down it had some dodgy bits inside... $17k US 509 cubes... pretty... but not as good as he hoped
