Short wheelbase, big wheels, and solid axles aint gonna ride like a camry...
you gotta lift them carefully or you can cause all sorts of problems with geometry. so yes they drive different. but i love it.

If only we could have stumpy front bars, 35" tyres and roof mounted lights legally :(
Mates got the 4 door Rubicon in the snot metallic green colour. So fun !!
He did the usual added in electric switch kit for the swaybar disconnect and lockers, so can flick a switch and work them whenever he wanted at any speed, plus 35s in 17's
Good on ya !

35" tyres are illegal.. without engineering... would love to do it but mine is gonna remain within the law (just)

Is yours under the latest recall? Apparently it might catch on fire or drop its brake fluid. Safe!

Look up Rugged Ridge front bars, Im looking at getting their modular XHD bar for my TJ, it has removable side extensions to make it a stumpy bar for offroad and can option a bolt on stinger hoop aswell, easily swapped over when you hit the tracks. Im sure they'd make one similar for the new JKs. Only problem I guess is with any US made bar its not ADR approved for airbags etc, but never bothered me.
As for the 35s, just keep your factory rims spare, thats what I do - get defected and just swap the stock rims/tyres back on in 5 mins. 35s look almost factory under the big JK arches anyways.

Only sucky thing about the factory dsconnects is they'r only good upto like 2.5" lift or something, then you have to run aftermarket manual disconnects anyway. Lockers would be very nice tho, on my wishlist
