We are looking for someone to fil an upcoming position, its working for us (multispares) but you will be based at SCT (Southern Coast Transit) bus depot, the company that runs the transperth buses south of river all the way down to mandurah. They run over 300 buses, about 6 years ago we entered into a contract with em to set a office/store up at their main depot in oconnor, to supply parts for their buses, and now we are expanding to Path Transit who run north of river, we will be aving a similar setup there. So our employee running SCT will be moving there and now we need someone for oconnor. So you will be dealing with 300 plus Mercedes and Renault Buses, supplying parts directly to the mechanics plus other workshop consumables.

The Role:
The Major Accounts support role is based at a Multispares store located within a Major Account Customer’s site. We need an independent and self directed individual to ensure exceptional service levels, maintain stores systems, timely response to customer inquiries, effective stock management, accurate reporting and effective transfer of information between the customer and Multispares. This role is hands-on and multi-task in nature, which requires good time management, ability to prioritize, intelligent decision making and problem solving on a daily basis. Due to the nature of the business, an early start is required.

Greatly involved in customer service, data, stores and stock management, the successful candidate will manage the on-site requirements of a Major Account to maintain Profitability, Service and Quality. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Basic understanding of Account Management with strong background in Customer relations
Intermediate MS office skills- Excel and Word, Good Verbal & Written communication skills, Good organisation and time management, Knowledge and experience in store and warehouse operations, Knowledge of or experience in the Automotive industry is preferred but not essential
Attitude:
A Self directed individual who is confident and capable of running smoothly a “remote” stores operation. Good personal presentation with the ability to create a positive impression. Enjoys a busy stores environment and has a strong focus on Customer Needs, Strong commitment to Quality, has an Eye for detail, Safety and Task completion.
