Went to buy a bunch of stuff for my car today and I got the wrong plugs. The guy said they were okay and the only difference is the rb20det ones were platinum but I don't know if I should beleive him or not

Is it ok to use them?

yer... Plugs in turbo cars are usually a smaller gap and often a lower heat rating too.

0.8mm gap is a good start... (buy a feeler gauge to set them).. and NGK 6 heat range is cool enough for your motor.

I see no problems. Copper plugs work better.. but dont last as long.. so you generally should change them every service... every second service if you're stingy :)

Hehe hello Brent! Long time no see. Many things have been learnt in my driveway.. including such classics as..

And of course - Electrons and -you-. Why your body does not like too many.

Hope your car is going well..
