Hi all,
I'm off work for 3 weeks whilst I enjoy being a new dad, and as a result, I have a vacant parking bay available for rent.
Its at the State Library in Northbridge, only a few min walk to Forrest Place and a couple of mins further to St Georges Tce. Even better if you work in Northbridge.
The parking will be from 1st June to 18th June, which is 13 business days (long weekend permitting). The bay is a 12 hour time block, weekday only usage I.e. it can't be accessed on weekends. It is accessed via a proximity card and even if the car park says FULL, you can access the car park and there will be a guaranteed spot somewhere in the car park.. This is one of the advantages of holding a long-term bay.
The access card will need to be picked up today or I can travel reasonable distance to drop it off to you. I will need it back by 20th June.
Chasing $100 which is around 7.50 per day for a guaranteed 12 hour spot any day during the week.. Its only a fraction of what I pay for it, my loss is your gain.
Pm me if keen. Cheers :)
