Room For Rent, Hamersley $150pw (between warrick and balcatta)

Hey guys,
Our new room mate is heading back to NZ cause he cant find any work, so in about 2 weeks we have a room avail.
Its a pretty modern 3 x 1 house with a bit of a back yard and a shed (ive allready claimed it, but if your nice i'll share ^_^ )
Rent is $150 pw, this includes bills (net, water , gas, ect)
House is about 3min walk from warrick shoping center and about 15 - 20 min walk from the train station.
