use windows movie maker to drop the quality

easiest way to blur plates

and some pingpingpingping in the hoon squad will need to type quickly and say 'enhance' several times to get your plate out of it

when you're exporting from *shudder* windows movie maker, try and use a H.264 codec; best compression for web.

Also don't do titles on your videos. No blue screens with white text. Just don't do it. Also no shit music. kthx :)

You can use Adobe Premier to do this, but my god it takes forever.

Not exactly "free" software (unless you're in the game of internet 'renting'). But After Effects will too, as well as Final Cut Pro and so forth. Problem is, that without a dedicated film editing rig that's got a DV card and shit, its going to take eons to render. However, it'll look far more polished.

Did drop 3rd.
Yeah we should have thought ahead and taken off plates.

All the programs that you can get you would have to do it frame by frame ay?

But cheers for the help guys

Not necessarily. Never used winshit moviewrecker, but in AE and Premier, you can just set up an effect layer that you can tween (shift) over the movie.
