View Full Version : Text on t-shirt
Want to get a t-shirt with some text on it, its just going to be one. Where's the best place to get it done at a cheap price? Nothing fancy, just some text.

Some websites do them I think for like $30 but I would not have a clue which ones! I can't remember which cos I looked this up AGES ago.
I would like to get though: "QANTAS - They lost my shit, again." on a shirt.

Freo markets might be your best bet - I believe they make them up. Otherwise Matt from Sleek Signs can make them?

There was a guy on here doing those "2J > RB" shirt's.
Prehap's chase down the thread and get in contact with him?
I think his username was Lowney.

Get from craft stores the iron on transfers
Just print from you home computer printer onto the transfer, then iron it onto your shirt.

How did you do that? Stencil and spray paint? What about those iron on transfer papers? Would that work?

yeah i got some from vistaprint this year.. by the time you add all the shipping and crap in , the $8 a shirt became just over $20 a shirt. (I had 2).
but the quality looks good, and u can have as many colours as you want and images etc.. just upload an image file to them.

Printing shop at curtin uni do heat transfer ones or something.
Think they are about $17 to get an A4 image/text put on your own dark coloured shirt. Getting a few made for mates soonish.

Stencil and Heat set Fabric paint. but gotta use something tougher than paper for a stencil, once paint wets it, its weak as piss.

I give you good price, 2 for 2 dolla.
Last I checked with Lowney (Sleek Signs) he wasn't really doing shirts anymore, doesn't hurt to ask him just in case though.

Iron on ones are fine... Won't last forever, and do look daggy once the thing starts peeling.. But for $20/10 sheets from memory its not bad value
