Just seen the trailer for the new TDU game, was a huge fan of the first. So much time spent cruising around in awesome cars.

Anyone on antilag play the first? Who's excited for the sequel?

i play Test Drive Unlimited all the time, such a good game!
Ive got heaps of skins so now I have WRX, RX7, S15 etc.

Cant wait for TDU2 to come out :D

Yeah i plated TD for a long time with my G25 wheel. sooo much fun espeacially racing multiplayer.

car crashes still look unrealistic... I am yet to be impressed with an Atari Game for graphics, but the game play was there in the last one.

TDU is great once you've unlocked hardcore and have a wheel+pedals.
Good to see more skid/drift action in this trailer...hopefully some more RHD/imports included :D

doesn't really seem that interesting tbh..like it looks like a game you'd get bored of after an hour, awesome cars etc but what is the general goal of this game? time attack? haven't played TDU 1

Its a massive free roam map. In TDU 1 it took like an hour to drive around the whole island its that big. Theres all sorts of missions like races, car and package deliveries etc and you can upgrade your cars etc. Definately a shitload of hours of gameplay in exploring the island etc and then the multiplayer missions.

Longer than an hour...alot longer.

Playing online and doing mountain runs and drifting was always pretty fun, but the single player did get pretty repetitive.

yeah that millionaire's challenge was a race around the whole island which took about an hour, but thats going at 300+ km/h

was good fun and i still play it these days on PC

was epic on pc with G25 and hardcore mode, many many hours just driving around.

(before i got my G25) this were i spent most of my days hahaha

Played on PC, graphics are impressive!
Played on 360 with wheel, graphics are ok.

The whole lifestyle and freeroam are big sellers with this game. I'd often find myself cruising around in a modified GT40 hunting for online races just because it sounded soo fucking amazing.

Cons are that the driving is unrealistic, burnouts are fun but drifting was rubbish. Every vehicle either turns like a race car or spins out like theres no weight over the rear wheels. If it's anywhere near as good as the old one, I'll be buying it!

Nobody has mentioned the fact you car ride motorcycles in this game also. :)
