We are currently now looking at getting a list of entrants together for Perth Auto Salon 2005. Cost will be around $100 each. If you are interested please express your interest in this thread.

We are looking for high quality cars that will fit in with a certain theme. Not all cars will be accepted, and numbers are limited so please don't be offended if we don't select your car for the show.

Dates: 9-10 July 2005

Tj, lenny, Tristian, Last year i put forward many ideas and seen nothing come of them.

This year if ANTILAG.COM want to get serious about PAS then I think some sort of PAS commitee needs to be formed and all entrants sorted out nice and early.

As we seen last year there were more problems with PAS then anyone had expected but hopefully they will be fixed for this year

Also it was seen that you dont need a huge display to impress, take DRIVEN BY HEELS display, small but very effective.

If you guys need any help at all with PAS then i am more that willing to put my hand in the air, but this year lers get it sorted, 1 CHEIF AND THE REST INDIANS, NOT THE OTHER WAY LIKE LAST YEAR

pas is more club orientated, and we where there as a club, i figured for someone who is going to spent the weekend at the event i may as well have the ****ter parked next to me .. funnily enough it was cheaper then two days entry and tickets to events. i went because we where a crew of friends, not because we wanted to win "the faggiest paint awards"

Miss AS wasnt "rigged" but they did have the two winners Predetermined before the actual onstage show. the girls dont know but the judges vote only actually decides 3rd place, so 3rd 4th and 5th, is actualy 1st 2nd 3rd. its chosen on portfolio's a day in advance. but they do leave room for absolute stunners.

Tthe winner also forfeits all rigfhts to their photos or any proceeds from the sale of them,,, wich can be worth more than the $1500 tehy get.

In my humble opinion, the cars that aren't from Perth should be put into a different class... I have never understood why someone would bring their car from melbourne or something just so they have a better chance of winning a trophey.

there are 2 classes, the normal jews, and the extreme cars, i dont know the proper names, but cars like that s15, gt nik, the bmw etc are all in some pro class, and the cars like that of antilag sau etc, are in the normal class.

NAr the RX3 didnt go on the dyno! but i have seen ezy 9's on the dyno at 2003 PAS Western Salon i think it was when it was at belmont. DAMN ALL I GOTTA SAY IS THAT IT BLEW MY FUKN EARS OFF! it made 613hp atws that day i was very impressed! i thought the salon was pretty good this year! hope the West Salon is as good as that!
