As some of you may know, I bought Ragh's S13. When I bought the car, the paint job was very average, it had a major boost leak and the FMIC had a big dent in it. It would only boost to about 0.4 - 0.5 bar. Since then I have resprayed the car matt black and have taken it to Andy at Hyperdrive for a major service, an overall inspection and a power run to see what the condition of it was. The only things that were wrong with it were a silicone connection had a split in it (so loosing boost) and the extension housing seal has a minor leak. After the service and the boost issue was fixed the Silvia pulled 271rwhp at 14psi. In the near future I plan on getting a external wastegate which should hopefully see me to 300rwhp. Then in July (after tax return money) I'll hopefully get a full roll cage and have it ready for the track. I plan on keeping this car a track only car and NO drifting. Anyway the mods on it are:
SR20DET Black top (Non VCT) Was transplanted from a 96 Type X. Motor has done about 110,000kms now and transplanted the gearbox.
GT2871 .64 Rear Housing
800cc Injectors
Greddy Type M front mount and piping
GFB Manual Boost controller (set to 12psi atm)
GKTech Dump and front pipe with a flex pipe (3")
Bashed out cat to a unknown possibly 5zigen 3 1/2" cat back
Recaro recliners with leather sides driver and passenger
Exedy 3 puk Clutch
Z33 Calipers (Sprayed Gold) and Slotted rotors with braided brake lines
HKS Hipermax II coilovers
DT-05R Rims. 17x8.5 rear and 17x8 fronts offset +30
Smoked rear lights
GTR style front grill
Nistune ECU
The back of the car has been stripped out and I am undecided if I'll strip the dash and everything.
Some pictures of the overall process:

Seeing as the paint job was a backyard job and we did it in my garage which is tiny, I think it came out well. It is nowhere near perfect but it should get less attention from the popo now.

i dunno why u didnt strip parts off like the head and tail lights or the indicators. Seriously u can pull pretty much all the panels, bumpers, lights etc of with just a 10mm deep socket.
S13's are stupidly easy to pull apart

Maybe he didn't want the hassle. Being a shade of black already the edges wouldn't look bad at all. Maybe just flaking in time

It was just easier this way, I wasn't interested in a perfect paint job I just wanted something that looked neat and didn't attract as much attention as it did before. It was really quick and cost me just under $200. I'm really happy with it.

There were 2 reasons I went for matt black:
The car was already black, so if I missed a spot it wouldn't be as visible.
First car I have sprayed and I wasn't brave enough to try a glossy paint.

A bit of an update:
Replaced coilovers as they were stuffed with Racing Logic ones
Tial external wastegate
Turbosmart Vee Port blow off valve

Bolt into the seatbelt mounting points on the C-pillar. They aren't very common. I was looking for ages for one when i had my sil80.
