Hey Rob,

Can you fit something like in the Evo's that when the car is turned off the rear view mirrors pull in?

Cheers,
Paul

Edit: On a JZA80 Supra.

Paul,

Do your mirrors currently have the function of folding in via a switch or anything? If so, then yes, no probs...

If not, then the answer is also yes, but with the purchase of Evo mirrors and a lot of modifying to make them fit.

Hey Rob,

No I don't think they do, they only fold in manually. But have found Series II Supra ones for sale so looking at buying those as they fold in off a switch. If I bring them into ya, what would be the rough cost for wiring it all in? I would rather have them go off the car being on or off.

Cheers,
Paul

I'd have to take a look at it first to give you a price... make sure the mirrors come with the wiring harness and everything... some mirrors also use an external control box.

Either way, we'll make it work :)

Hey, do you deal with cheaper brand stuff?

I have a mate that wants a sub (maybe 2), amp and some speakers hooked up to his stock deck in his XR6.

Only people I know deal with the high end gear, but this guy doesn't want to spend more than $1K including installation.

Let me know what the best is you can do (even if its only sub and amp).

Just run out again... I'll get some more this week for you.

We do Cyclops and Viper.

Cyclops is great value for money and bulletproof quality, Viper has some pretty funky features available.

I'd need to take a look at your wiring before I can quote you, but usual Antilag discounts will apply :)

Reckon you could clean it up, fix my headlights and we can look at possibly sorting out some stereo.

Full Alpine or Full Soundstream??? My answer would be definitely neither... IMO, neither brand has a strong enough product range this year to support a full one brand system.

There are plenty of other products I would recommend first over the fair majority of generic name brand products that the manufacturers have half-arsed this year. 2010/2011 have been the most dissapointing product ranges from the big 5 I have seen in almost 13 years of working in the car audio industry.

Come have a chat to me and I will run through a few different ideas and systems with you.

Hey Mate,

I've done plenty...

If you want to use the factory amplifier, I have some high end 8" & 10" Factory Fit sub-woofers from Audio System of Italy.

Along with a shit load of sound deadener being installed, we are getting some very nice results in BA/BF/FG Falcons, as well as VY/VZ/VE Commodores.

If you are interested in going up a few steps, I recommend a larger amplifier and a pair of 10" subs custom moulded into the side panels of your boot.

I can design a sub-woofer system to suit any budget and requirement.

I hit a sand dune that was steeper than my approach angle with some speed and now even the radio makes the same sound as a badly scratched disk but only when the engine is running,

worth bringing it in or do I should I try one of those inline noise cancel contraptions first?

Hey mate, not a problem at all. Allow $95 for a standard installation or $225 if the bumper needs to come off to fit the bulbs. I have some time left this week.

Sorry for the grave dig.

Rob are you able to work with OEM equipment / controllers when it comes to alarms?
I'm keen to add to the basic (nothing other than central locking) that is on a 2005 Nissan that I'm buying from the east coast.
I'd like to use the OEM key to control an aftermarket alarm system rather than switch out for an aftermarket key fob.

Hey Mate,

Not a problem at all.

OEM Upgrade alarms go for $550 fitted (inc A/Lag Discount), including Glass Breakage & Ultrasonic Movement Sensors.
