You could sew someone to someone else, sure, but it wouldn't heal, it would just become an infected, smelly mess. The bodies would reject each other. That's why they got a consultant surgeon to tell them how to do it, and not an actual DOCTOR, who would tell them that it can't work =P
Now, if you did it all with identical twins, then maybe we're getting somewhere.

The creator had a bad trip, that's all this is, needs to put down the crack pipe... and while personally I think a human centipede would be an awesome addition to a movie, making a whole movie based on the idea is a helluva stretch.

I think the concept would of been better if they lopped off the heads before going head to tail then have body 1 controlling the trailing parts like one continuous spine and organs etc then use cgi shit to have it climbing the walls and acting like a centipede.

Like said earlier it's a bit hard to take seriously with the whole atm going on.
