TWO men are in a serious but stable condition at Ipswich Hospital after being hit by a race car at Queensland Raceway.

In horrifying scenes, a Mini Cooper S launched into the crowd after rolling and smashing through a cyclone fence at turn six in the curtain raiser to the V8 Supercar race at Willowbank.
