My carbon fibre bonnet has see better days.
Everyone says just buy a new one but I like the design of mine so want to keep it and get it rejuvenated.
I have been led to believe that CF bonnets etc are not what is called a "clear coat" but rather a gel coating.

Can this be re-coated?

Who is perth can do it and how much would i be looking at to get it done.

Your input would be appreciated.

Cheers,

I'm pretty sure CF bonnets are sprayed in Gelcoat, which is the same shit boats use on their fibreglass. Maybe go speak to a marine sprayer and ask them.
