Up for grabs is a fully furnished room in my house in Bassendean. The house is modern, consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double lock-up garage, nice outdoor entertaining area and all your typical modern conveniences inc. dishwasher, wireless internet, foxtel etc.
The house is a short walk to the Bassendean train station and is convenient to the 63, 47 & 62 bus routes. You will have almost exclusive use of the second bathroom with the exception of when guests are over.
You will be sharing with a 28 year old professional male and two friendly dogs. I知 easy going, have a good sense of humor. I enjoy keeping fit, socializing & cooking!
Ideally you will be employed / studying fulltime dependable, tidy, easy to get along with and fun spirited. I知 not after a specific gender or age; rather I知 just after the right person. I知 just after the one person, so sorry, no couples.
I知 after $150 a week which includes internet access, foxtel and utilities. Food not included.
