I know it's a bit of a long shot but no harm in trying, long story but this is the gist of it. My mum works at Burswood & was the inspector when a lady got a royal flush on the flop playing poker (won over 750k), and as a gift to her & the dealer they were given $1000 worth of Burswood vouchers each. The thing with my mum has been that she hasn't worked since October/November due to some serious liver problems after catching a bad virus.
So basically, she is hoping that maybe someone could use these vouchers to pay for their accomodation/dinner etc. They can be used for pretty much everything there, EXCEPT gambling :( Otherwise there wouldn't be much of an issue lol
So as my mum is just on income protection & earning a lot less than usual, any extra money for her would be a bonus. Burswood will still get their money, but she would rather the money than using them herself, which she would do if nobody buys them...
So if you or anyone you know, friends or family, is planning to stay & could help us out, that would be sweet!
