Trying to help my brother get a fuel leak under wrap's. After a quick search we found this part to be the issue. The car is a VL commodore. It's clamped onto the outside of the fuel channel on the inside of the guard near the fuel filler. We have asked a few people and nobody seem's to know what the part is called or where we could get a replacement. :)
This is part we need a name for. Also if known, a place to get a new one:
