Manifold repairs

Looking for some advice in to who can do a repair on my turbo manifold.

Has one small hairline crack in it so want to get it patched up.

How much would i be looking at to get it fixed?

is it steampipe? or is it a china stainless job?

jdm stainless, hence why i wanna patch it up for time being
