hey guys getting my car engineered after a yellow and need to get the tare weight of the car for the engineer
where would i go in perth? im in the stirling area so somewhere around here would be sweet

Public weighbridges are listed in Road Maps and on WhereIs, Google Maps, etc

Dude go to Balcatta tip. Drive around to the weight bridge where the small teller is and it will show you the weight.. smile politely and drive off! LOL

won't work
you need a printed receipt from the weighbridge

i used wesfeeds when i had to get mine weighed for the same reason.

I have a weigh bridge at my work :), only thing is its located in East Rockingham, i will be at work tomorrow with no bosses onsite so i could let ya in

Weighing your car means didly though
The tare weight is the weight the factory says your car is... not what you weigh it at
So me stuffing a big block in a Torana and saying its X weight means nothing
they go off the factory weight to calculate your tyre sizes, stopping distances , max engine capacity
Unless you needed the weight for another reason of course

he's gettin his suspension and supporting parts engineered so that's probably why he needs the car's weight... so they can determine the force acting on the parts and whether they will withstand the pressure.

yeah ^^^ engineer didnt say anything about why i needed it, i think its stupid! waste of time i have quality parts even the engineer was impressed by all my cusco suspension arms coils ect
on a side note anyone know where to complain about pits being unfair on extensions/not signing off on stuff that they should
