Don't know much about him but he is less than 3 years old. pure breed red nose.

Cost over $800 been chipped and he has been medically fine.

Owner started working on rigs passed him on to a mate who lived in with his Mrs and Daughter...

They have broken up Mrs has 2 of her own dogs + Daughter and lives with new boyfriend so all dogs have to go.

Other 2 have gone to other family members.

Pity is left. If you're keen send me a PM or txt - call after 5:00pm

Kind of looks like this - got no pics sorry...

Like in an hour.

Hes started whinging all night because no ones been staying with him. Hes been left alone all day every day and just fed - so he is a bit far from tame at the moment. Not agro or dangerous at all.. just a bit hypo..

I cant help him anymore.. the owners are taking him to the vet at 715pm tonite 2 be put down.

Not my dog.

Owners are livid with each other.

People are crying and shit - Been trying to get the dog to a pound or shelter and no one wants to take him. Everywhere is full.

I thought vets will decline to put down a dog unless it was sick and needed to be put out of its misery

The saga continues - they had been threatened with a fine in the thousands if the dog was not gone by tonight.

I have been trying to call them since Safe was posted. They are not answering.

So once again - dont point fingers at me. I was the one trying to stop the little fella from getting put down.

Dont know if its happened yet or not but will keep calling.

What was the end result? Hope the poor thing found a new home. Red nose pittys aren't that easy to find to begin with, surprised they wouldn't have put the word out themselves a lot sooner that they had to get rid. My dog is part pitty and has the nicest nature, loves to play around but listens to my command above all else. Pretty smart for a big food orientated boof head :)

My mate found him a home...

Wasnt answering phone last night because he had had enough chaos for one day.

I told him to call me just before they put him down and I wuold let him know how antilag responded.

Didn't get the call so I was a bit confused. But alas - nothing to worry about.

He just needs someoen to spend time with him and will be an awesome dog.

Cheers for everyones help.

If that was a person, no one would have cared.

If that was a person, no one would have cared.

True, I see a tragedy on the news involving a hundred people and I'm like meh, but if it was an animal being mistreated or anything I'm upset, I think because animals solely rely on humans once they have been brought up in our enviroment.

should go to work with my missus or your local ranger and watch how many dogs get taken in and how many are loved and are very well trained but as there is so many 1-2 a week get taken for safe/re homing program and the rest get put down... some fucked up people out there...

a dog is a pet for life who will stand by you... people should need to have a licence for a pet... and anyone reading this please microchip your pet as that the first thing they check for to let you know they have your dog... doesnt cost much... even if its found passed away from hit/run they will be able to let you know and finalise the passing of your dog...

my 2 cents
