must be a modern 3x2 & with no common walls (garage is ok)

There's a few new ones already built and currently being built in Hammond Park, might be worth a looksie. Very good area as well btw.

Google Maps, the ones already built are just off Ashendon Boulevard, Hammond park. I'm not too sure if they have common walls though, sorry.
