7M-GE starting problem

Hi was wondering if anyone knows what the problem here could be. Basically when you first start the car, the engine turns over but doesn't fire, can do this twice without firing, and when it does fire, the revs start very very low like couple hundred RPM shaky shaky, then get up to normal rev. No other problems. Maybe have something to do with fuel pump or AFM?

over fueling perhaps ? AFM possibly it run fine besides that ?

yep no problems at all. I just started cold now and starts first kick. I think it might be happening after the engine is warmed up.. which might indicate its a coolant sensor or something?

that is possible...apparently they do destruct. the supra i brought had the same problem and it was the sensor had broken in half.
