Turbosmart dual stage boost controller

Hey guys

I got myself a dual stage boost controller (mechanical) and put it in. I have wired it to and on/off switch and i am only getting stock boost out of it. I have fully opened one boost dial and fully closed the other but on both settings they are just on stock boost (7-8 psi).

I have checked I am getting power to the switch/controller and all the vacuum lines/tee piece are going the correct way.

Any ideas?

i would say reverse the tee piece and try that or maybe the controller is stuffed..... double check the wiring
