Time for another wagyu delivery, right in time for easter!

Delivery will occur on either Wednesday (24th) or Thursday (25th) of March. I will let you know when exactly closer to the date.

Please place your orders by Thursday evening 18th of March.

I can also get you angus as well, prices are the same as wagyu 3/4. Angus doesn't have as much marble as wagyu, however there are people who may prefer that. Personally I reckon wagyu is better, but like with everything else, opinions can vary.

Approximate weight for porterhouse has changed since last time apparently, they are now as follows:
Porterhouse 3.5 kg
Scotch Fillet 4.5 kg
Tenderloin 2 kg
Rump 6 kg

To all new people who haven't bought any from me yet, please PM me your mobile number and delivery address. Exact price won't be known until after 5pm on the day when I pick up the meat, as weights obviously vary. I will SMS you the exact price well before my arrival so you have enough time to organise your cash. <--- if you happen to order for your mates, please explain that fully to them, because few times I came across people who thought they will be getting a chunk that weighed exactly x amount of kilos as stated above, and weren't too happy about getting extra 300 grams or whatever. "It comes vaccuum packed. It can safely stay in the fridge like that unopened for a week or two. I've once kept some in the fridge unopened for three weeks and it was still fine. This meat has been aged for some time in the cool room anyway... Once you open it, you should either eat it within a few days, or freeze it. Freezing it is not a problem, just make sure you wrap it tightly, and squeeze all the air out, or as much as you can. If you can vaccuum seal it yourself it would be the best. Other than that, no other special handling requirements. Oh, when before you cook it, let it sit out and come up to room temperature first, so the marbling melts better. Hope that helps

Well, it's meant to be once a month. But often they miss a month for one reason or another. Hard to say really... good chance there will be one next month, but I can say the same for the opposite... odds are 50:50 I'd say :)

Those packs do keep fresh for a long time. I still got a packet from february delivery unopened in my fridge...

Speaking of big steaks... Next delivery I might be able to source a wagyu tomahawk steak.

It's basically like a scotch fillet on a big bone... all up weighs about 1.5 kilos (with the bone). It is thick and massive! Looks something like this:

A bit hard to fit on a normal frying pan, BBQ will work better for this. Good to share with someone.

Last time we had a few packs of wagyu sausages. They weren't too bad, but not many people bought them so they got canned. From people's feedback about the tomahawk I'm willing to bet that they will make it a permanent product. I hope so anyway :D

wagyu sausages would of been great..

They were nice, but a bit too pricey... for sausages. They were small and you didn't get much in the packet. I think they were of the view that the public would rather spend their dollars on proper steak than sausages so they stopped bothering with those.

Just mince a piece of the steak, roll it up and you got yourself a home made sausage :)

Just grab a bunch of guys who are willing to get some steak, enough to make the delivery worth it, and ask for it. Just pay up front on delivery. That's what they do in the perth office anyway, no more salary deductions. I can;t see what her problem is to be honest. Perhaps not enough people are buying it in collie...
