Just got myself a new ride.

1988 Toyota supra

Specs:
3L Turbo 7M-GTE... auto :( devo!
All stock as a rock.
Head bolts still stock lol (awaits HG explosion!) hehe

Plans:
Drop on its ass, nice jap spec rims and exhaust for the time being.

Pics:

When I first got the car had some surface rust on the side fender and head light, also debaged the car and removed spoiler.

Since the car was unlicenced I needed to get it over the pits asap so I just used a spray can to paint it up.. YES I USED A SPRAY CAN! haha call me crazy but I will get the car repainted properly in future.

nah not really.. was pretty easy, only used like 4 cans, then did a light sand so it has a flat finish.

iluv2moan= yes I was thinking deep dish fat beasts! or even something like this.. http://www.wheelsdirectonline.com/sevas/S%20Star%20Black%20Chrome%20Lip%20Right.jpg

i made 280rwhp with cooler/exhaust/safc at about 10 psi (auto). maxed out stock turbo i think. wouldnt run any more boost with bleed valve removed anyway.

enough to impress lumpy at the time who was expecting 230 ish

2j?

nah its a 7M.. but if the motor did die then yeh mabe a 2jz :P

Rated X, im not sure how much power it has atm I beleive they are 230hp stock.

I wouldnt mind getting it up to 300hp, I would be happy with that.

The diff seems to be a full locker, would drop decent twin strips

dirty is fun :D

the e30 is in the garage atm.. thinking about making it a track car. strip it, cage it, track it and do some skids.

the supra will be the drive around bunky for now. and work on the beemer

Not bad.

Work the 7M for power and do suspension work to the E30 for track.

Just changing mine from King to Eibach Pro has made a shitload of difference.

The E30 has new suspension in it. and it is pretty darn stiff! no bodyroll what so ever.

the 7M will be worked in time. Need to get the funds happening first :)

Nice base to start with.
Ive had two of these, I love them, at least retorque the head bolts and whack in some Toyota Red coolant, but make sure you flush te shit out of the cooling system, remove thermostat housing and all, theres a drain for coolant on the block under the Turbo.
Flush the Tranny fluid out as well, properly, not just drop sump bolt and top up.

SAFC,Boost controller,3" exhaust, air filter and you'll have it close to 300hp, which for a daily is good fun,Not too mention they do epic burnouts,I roasted so many tyres on my last one.I chucked in some super lows and adjusted the toe and stuff on the last one and it handled a fucking treat, really suprised me how well it did.
