This house has previously been rented out privately by me but I no longer have the time to invest in it, so Century 21 are taking over the management of this property. I can recommend anyone I want for this property so if you're keen then hit me up.

DO NOT waste my time asking pointless questions if you're not in the market for a rental property. This property needs to be leased immediately as the tenante have vacated and this is an integral source of my income.

Rent is $250-$270/pw pending discussions with the management company and tenants.

P.S. No I do not have pictures of the house.. It's brown brick and tile, it'll fit about 10 cars on the driveway/garage/drive through/shed, it's roomy and open plan inside but it's not immaculate or new and the price reflects this.

how long is the lease?
how far is it from beach/shops etc
whats the chances of them leasing to a 19 yr old?
i am not worried alot about the house as i wont be spending alot of time their.. however the garage driveway space sounds alot better than my current storage fees.

Beach is a few minutes (only due to traffic lights). Estuary is 2 minutes - excellent crabbing, picnic area etc. Park down the road, Centro Mandurah a minute or 2 away, licensing centre just around the corner, schools within a couple minutes also.

The lease will be between 6-12 months. I'd prefer 12, but will take 6 if I don't have a 12 month application on my desk by end of business Monday-ish. Four individual applicants went through the property on Friday so waiting to hear what comes of that but basically Century 21 will let this house to whoever I give the nod to. If I recommend someone that they don't think is suitable, the house still gets rented but it's on my head when shit goes wrong.
