View Full Version : can the tran tunnel be legally modified?
I'm trying to get some more room for a big fuckoff turbo behind the V8 on the passengers side, there is some space next to the trans because the starter is on the other side but theres not enough.
I know i should speak to an engineer about this but for the time being does anyone know if I would be able to cut a section of floor and trans tunnel and weld in some new sheet metal if I left the chassis rails alone?

go see dan pitic
after a bit of searching, I assume he's from Endracon?
If so, I think they may be in hillaries, which is too far, I'm in bayswater and the callout from hillaries would be a bit

Is ftting the big turbo going to be legal?
If no, why worry about the floor pan.

You could always do the dodgy and breakout a large malet to give the trans tunnel some love. Ive seen it done more then once to fit aftermarket boxes in

Bayswater to hillaries is too far?? its 15 minutes?
If you cant affored the callout or $75 for a truck to take your car there i doubt you will have enough money to engineer the single turbo v8...
