Are you running any amplifiers?

If so (and an amplifier is powering your speakers) have you checked the fuses or to see if it is entering what they call "protection mode"? Because if it has a blown fuse or going into protection that will explain why your speakers have no sound.

Have you thought that maybe the amp is faulty and drawing power when the ignition is turned off, causing your battery problems?

obviously the is of the presumption that you may have an amp in your car...if you dont i'll shut up lol

Check fuses in back of deck & on amp if you have one. Failing that, trace wiring & check for exposed wires/dodgey connectors.

If you turn on the ignition, amp lights up, and doesnt go into protection could be RCA leads or speaker wires.

If you turn on ignition, amp doesnt light up, then its got no power. Solution more often than not is to check fuses and earth. I think the amp may also be whats drawing power from your battery, hence why you have to disconnect the battery all the time. Possibly get the amp tested?
