Hi all,

Im about to move to brisbane and we are looking to rent our house out, im just after some info on agents who you use and if the are good or not and also price.
We are in tapping too. We will be first time land lords we just don't want to get cought out with any tricks or stiched up on price.

Go to www.rent.com.au, there is a function where you can search for a property manager.

Get proposals from about 3 or 4 different ones, and go from there.

location of house is important, make sure the agent is pretty close.
