if you get stuck for luck & run out of options iphone app phone-tracker will give you a fairly precise (couple of hundred metres - better than nothing) location of his phone. use it at night when he should be home asleep.

from there maybe cruise the surrounding streets if you know what car he drives?

thats why you try follow the prick home after an accident or shit like this.. name and number or plate will only get you an addy if you know a copper as they shouldnt give it out at request. Well that worked for me wrote it on paper and walked away.

i had the simular issue last year, in the wet going around a right long bend into a left on shepperton rd someone under took me didnt see the upcoming corner bounced of a curb and bounced into my car. I slowed then stopped while he took off, checked tyres and pulled bumper off and i was after him.

down the road :shake: got his plate and forced him off the road, went to swap details as he goes to get his wallet his mate talks him into running again. was pissed and wouldnt wait for the police. All i could do was follow him home and come back in the morning with quotes and showed his folks damage on both cars and they match as he had a story for his folks too..

would have gone to court but eventually his insurance came around and gave me a piss weak 50% on my damages and fixed his car..because my witness scared him by pointing out ythe danger of driving pissed at close to 200kph lol my witness account didnt count then and me saying i chased him home didnt help really.

. its just too much messing around with coppers and court your vs his word if you had a witness it might be easier but for a few hundred $$ i dont think its worth it. Get your own payback a bloody nose is always rewarding never know he may empty his wallet for you.

dont know where he lives
been told by a lawyer the kid being 11 the parents are not legally responsible so i have no legal avenue
cops will not take an 11yo to court or it will get thrown out(as they told me)
couldnt follow kid home as cops took him away and vehicle was not drivable at the time of the occurrence
one reverse lookup site said it has records but now i cant find it thats why i asked if anybody had access
i've got mates that work in banks maybe i could ask them if they show up anything
