Im a fully qualified fitter machinist with second class welding certs and forking ticket. Currently looking for work.
I have done work experience for norm auto repairs mundaring, superoo falcon spares, botts auto repairs malaga. Followed by a preapp in boilermaking and another in fitting machining. Completed a 4 year apprenticeship involved with machining for cat, komatsu, case etc . Then diversified into oil and gas fitting for geographe energy. Left there and got involved with Gtsa engineering rebuilding freight train engines, bogies for a varity of locomotives and rebuilding hms farncombs heads (im not the reason its in dry dock).

I suffered from depression at the end of my time at Gtsa due to personal reasons and decided to use the recession as a time to get over my problems. Doesnt mean i have spent that time sitting on the couch with a beer in hand watching oprah. Ive been doing alot of mechanical repairs in this time working on a varity of cars and machinery. But im finding it hard to locate a job after been out of the loop for a bigger than expected period of time.

So im basically looking for a mechanical fitting job in a range of areas with machining and welding as secondaries. im a fast learner and keen to give anything a go.
