hey all, i know most of you deal wif efi so u can tune out to this. alright, believe it or not, in one of my attempts to make the ol gurl faster, ive decided to go for a bigger carb, because my original has cracked the shits. Off twincam.org i hav been told to go for a 32/36 Weber off a 2l escort eng. just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get one of these from ( pref. new but can be recond) and if neone knows of a good engineering firm which can make up some adaptors or a new manifold (if needed :( ). im also looking at getting some mild cam work done in the near future buts thats if i hav the money or not.

Y the fuck waste money on a corolla u ask. why not! its something different, the engines still got a lot of life left in i, and how often do u hear a mildly worked twincam come buzzing past.

feel free to post

cheers

Hey man I wouldn't worry about modifying your car as it becomes unreliable therefore you will have to spend much more money on it and it will just give you the shits trust me I know from experience. I wish I had your car to just drive around in and keep it stock until I have like $20000 or so to buy a new car. Cops will give you a hard time, yellow stickers, fines, pits, mechanical repairs, fuel consumption gets less economical etc.
