Anyone know the max valve lift you can have on a stock internal redtop rb20det without running into problems??
Stock lift being 7.8mm, wondering if there'd be problems with 9.35mm lift cams? also looking at 10.5mm lift but think that'd be a bit overkill for the shitter.
if your looking at the camtech cams thats the way to go they will drop straight in

Was looking at Kelford cams (ex usa), but have emailed camtech, cheers for the heads up.

9.35mm lift sounds about right.
With 10.5mm lift you may need solid lifters?
I dont have any experience with the red-top RB20 lol. Though if the head is similar to the silver-top it will love to be revving its tits off all day long.

Kelford are NZ
Camtech, at least as far as RBs are concerned, are repackaged kelford cams
no they use their blanks and make their own grinds from them.
