Heard on the radio thismorning about a crash on Toodyay Road. Skyline Ripped in 2, half still wrapped around the tree. 23 year old male driver. Hopefully not someone from here.
Speed definately the cause.

Anyone got a court case coming up because of a Speeding fine or something, do not mention you drive a Skyline, you will be raped by the judge for sure.

I did say R.I.P. apologies if it offended someone. You can't change whats happened...
Didn't mean to come across disrespectful in anyway/shape/form though. Apologies - condolences to his friends and family.
But on a serious note though, it is going to bring back Hoon Law talk, Hoons + Speeding etc. To rip a car in half needs a decent amount of speed, and certain cars will be branded hoon vehicles for no good reason. I am not saying the unlucky driver was hooning, no one knows the story, the media will have a frenzy though.
So, anyone know the unlucky fellow?

Happened at 10:10pm last night and the driver is from Bellevue.
Further down in the comments someone says half the car was still stuck on the tree and the other half was 16 meters.
Definately driver error due to speed.

If it was my good mate and I found out this late I would be devastated as I would of missed the funeral, services etc.
I confirmed with lancy that he wasn't using a figure of speech, which he reiterated he wasn't and as per my first post I conveyed that I would find that difficult to deal with if I was in a comparable situation.
Niva miss-interpreted the intent of the conversation, so I elaborated on my initial post to clear up any confusion.
Please do not in infer me with any other malicious intent you may have assumed. As I am not responsible, and it is not fair that you concluded otherwise.
