I think it will be a top day / night of racing and I hope to see everyone racing.

Please note we need 20 people to qualify for this discount so everyone is welcome. We would particularly like people in every class. So bring on the FWD cars and the 15 second + people.

Class System.

PLEASE NOTE Antilag.com is entering drag racing cars ONLY you are more then welcome to put your car down for show but we are not doing it as a CLUB display as such. We are a performance based club and this is a drag event we are going to concentrate on that.

Its not totally clear what class your belong in, here is a breakdown.

If you are still confused please post up here with what car you have and we will let you know.

Combat Xtreme- UNLIKEY TO BE YOUR CAR, Open to full tube chassis import-powered competition type sedans, dragsters and altered. All qualify. Dial your own. Three-round format applies.

Sport RWD - Open to full bodied street cars using 4, 5 and 6 cylinder and 2 rotor rotary engines with rear wheel drive and all wheel drive. Weigh breaks apply based on engine type and number of power adders. Full street exhaust and street DOT rated tyres. Dial your own format.

Sport FWD - Open to full bodied street type cars using 4, 5 and 6 cylinder power and front wheel drive. Minimum weight breaks apply based on engine type and number of power adders. Full street exhaust and street DOT rated tyres. Dial your own

Oz Mod - Reserved for RWD cars only using 4 and 6 cylinder and 2 and 3 rotor rotary engine. No Full chassis or back half cars allowed. Slick tyres with a maximum size of 28” x 9” permitted. Weight breaks apply.

Oz 6 - Open to all Aussie produced late model (post 1986) 6 cylinder-powered cars. All qualify. Dial your own. Slicks allowed.

Sport Bike - Open to all Japanese produced late model sport bikes. Dial your own. All qualify. Street tyres only. No wheelie bars and no slicks.

ET1 (0-14.99) - Open to all cars running up to 14.99 seconds. Late model V8 powered imports accepted.

ET2 (15.00 over) - Open to all cars running elapsed times slower than 15.00 seconds.

If its on street tyres and is faster then 14.99 I would suggest Sport RWD.

Most people I suspect will end up in this class.

There is a cross over of course with the 0 - 14.99 bracket so you do have the choice as such.

The VL turbo could race either ET1 / ET2 / OZ 6 / Oz Mod

Beleive it or not Bobbo the GTR is in the Sport RWD. If you read my description it says all wheel drive cars.

Sport RWD has a max cars in it doesnt it? 16 or 32? so you have to qualify to enter that class and if you dont qualify you then go into one of the et classes fastest 32/16 make it? thats what i was last told

They may not know but it is a very bad idea. All of your insurance cover that comes with entering the event would be voided (so if you have any kind of accident you'll be the one paying for it, even if someone else is responsible), you'd be instantly disqualified and basically it's cheating.

Just don't be cheap and either enter two cars or have just one driver.

Sorry to sound all 'responsible' and stuff but this kind of thing can have very serious ramifications.

Swapping cars is alright as far as I know, as long as both drivers have entered, signed all indemnities etc etc. Obviously you can only do it in grudge racing though (not qualifying or eliminations). I'm not sure whether Drag Combat will have much grudge racing or not.

Well Pauls TT Soarer ran 14.2 and ur car is quicker than his, maybe about 0.1 of a second lmao!
Nobody understands why.. but if u've learnt to drive the lil beast it wud be good for a flat 14 dude :) I think if you aint been there before, if u get afew runs u shud be able to do a low-mid 14 fairly easily if uve kept the car in good nick n not thrashed it too hard lol
