FS: 1997 EL XR6 Damaged

Hey everyone, have my project car up forsale, bought it off a mate about a month ago but want to put the money into something else.

Bought it to transfer everything to donor car as it has damaged left rear quarter but is still repairable.

Still has rego till 10 jan 2009.

Jan 97, 180,XXX kms
Tickford kit
5 speed manual, Tickford I6, 3.45 LSD
Tint
Front electrics

Minor mods such as -
Genie Extractors
2.5inch catback system and highflow cat
Fixed back drivers seat
EL GT 17's (Copies) rear tyres are toasted, fronts rims are painted black and are wrapped in 235/45's @ 70% tread

Everything else is stock.

Most of the interior has been stipped from the rear but is in near perfect cond.

Front end to rear doors have been untouched and are in really good cond.

The bad -

Ofcoarse rear quarter is damaged, got quote from mundaring smash to fix it all and came to $6,500.00

Rear springs were cut, fronts are factory spec.

Rear bar has crack in it

One rim has a crack in it.

Needs starter motor.

Drives great, aircon is icey cold, all electrics work. Runs mega cool.

Asking what i paid for it $3,600.00

If the damage is that bad ($6k+) to fix, the car aint worth much more.

as for how much the car is worth, ive seen SI EF XR6's go for 2.5k as a stat writeoff

If you have seen the level of workmanship from Mundaring Smash then you will seen why the quote was so much.
