Antilag Detectives - Your help is needed!

Hi everyone,

I need help finding someone.

Long story short, one of the retail assets in the city that I look after, has a bunch of apartments attached. This one particular cockstain was put into one of the apartments without a reference check from a previous manager who must have been einstein in a past life.

Anyway, he hasn't paid his rent. I applied to the courts, went there this morning to present my case and had everything ruled in my favour.

Rang the cvnt (who didn't turn up and hadn't answered his phone for the last month), and guess what.. he answered.

He's told me that he's moved out already, and reckons I'll never be able to find him to recover the rent, amongst a whole bunch of other things including how he's going to find me and headbutt me, etc etc (he's a pommy soccer hooligan type for those wondering), which isn't really a good thing when he's trying to hide from me in the first place.

ANYWAY..

- His business is called KNEELS TIMBER FLOORING AND CARPENTRY SERVICES and the ABN is 74 457 245 271

I'm basically trying to find where the arsehole is living right now, so its going to make the court appointed bailiff's job a lot easier when I apply to them on the 4th January to seize his assets.

OK I now have a Court Order in my hand which was ruled in my favour.. he officially owes me money under the order of the Court.

Only problem is, I can't apply for a Property Seizure and Sale Order until I find where he's currently living.

The Magistrates Court have basically told me to provide them with the adress "once I've found it", and they will send the bailiff around to take his Plasma, computer, stereo and anything else we can sell to recover the money.

If anyone can provide me with information which leads to his whereabouts, there will be a carton of beer in it for you.

this is where your going to run into trouble, my mum served violence restraining order on my step dad last year.. he moved house in the process..

police and the courts could not located him for 6 months as they had no address on file.. So basically it was up to my mum to find out where he lived.

the system sucks, is there a warrant out there for him? that way if he gets pulled over something might get done.

Not going to say how I found this info out, but he works as a sub-contractor for Isis Projects.. at the moment, he's out at The Market Place Ballajura.

Might take a little trip out there tomorrow to see if I can spot him.. if so, I'll follow him home, write down his address, and send the bailiff around.
