this happens maybe twice a year, so get in before it closes at midnight in the states. it's a private tracker (you do have to maintain a ratio above .5), and it's fairly awesome for most releases and full speed downloads.

start off slow, don't download more than you can upload.
you have ~6 weeks to get your ratio to .5, if you like, you can also donate for quota.
it's a strict system, read the rules and abide by them and you'll do just fine.
I've downloaded over 900 gigabytes and uploaded over 1 terabyte of data from this, go hard or go home haha :)

also, tomorrow is double upload day, so whatever you download tonight, leave seeding (uploading) tomorrow (in the states, so lunchtime-ish onwards), and you will get 2mb per 1mb uploaded :)

it works on an external IP/account basis.
it wont let you sign up if your external IP has been used to log into the site before, as that IP is associated with another account.
long story short, don't worry about it :)

Great site.. Heaps of early releases and almost all are amazing quality. Shitty system means house mates all need to use 1 account or get banned.

Well conisidering they had a huge crash they have done pretty well to recover, give it 2-3 weeks and all the testing would of been done and it will kick into full gear
