Traded the big Cruiser and got this black beasty

only had it for a week...got 3/4 yoshi CF exhaust on its way from state side..
these new R1 engines sound awesome cant wait to hear it with system on it..

looks like a tourer in that first pic :p needs more low haha... nah with pipes will look sweet... such a good thing to change.... liking more than cruiser??

yeah have had few bikes over the years cbr600,cbr900 coupla old bikes then the 1800 Boulevade i just traded on this 1.. i think the black looks better too

been looking on ebay you can buy whole new panels/fairing for a different colour scheme reasonably cheap

mate got 09 r1 in same colour with mods and is rudely fast, and the note that comes out of it cos of the funky firing order is porn....

My housemate has an '08 R1 in black with some mods (including a pipe, and it sounds insane), and is quite lethal. I enjoy it... A LOT. Probably too much. :lol:

went down plex for first time on it tonight 11.0 @ 132mph..
few more runs and more practise should be into the 10's

Read the thread from the top thinking it was new and came across my previous comment. How accurate I was about it being lethal and me enjoying it too much. I crashed it less than a month later. Hahaha. :(

BUT with a money hungry ex getting the CSA onto me the streetfighter or diavel have been set back awhile
id riden a aircooler monster years ago and was soooo disapointed. i saw this at kim brittons and took it for a spin and loved it

tank and rear cowl @ paint tonight for some blackness and a SR4S style centre stripe in gold
