My car has been sitting for 4 years so the paint work has gone really dull. The dust has caked on and formed a hard kinda blemish on the paint work, what can i use to cut it and polish it to return the shine and sparkle again, to get the dust off off i have been told to use a clay block 1st then cut and polish it ?. Any advise would be great

+1 for a good wash, clay bar, polish and wax.

You can do all of that if you start early, be prepared to finish at night.
