Help me decide on rims

Alright, with the near completion of my s15 i have decided to get some new rims as well for it.

My problem however, is that, every time i find something i like, i keep looking and find something else..:lol:

just wondering what you all think would make a decent set of rims to suit a red s15 with a trial body kit.

the criteria:

they MUST be japanese.. no china crap
they can either be dish or non dish
id prefer black
concave is sexy
budjet is prob around 3k ish for rims
prefer 18 inch

so far i have thought about these:

id like the rims to look agressive, as im trying to achieve a time attack look with the car...

deathrow is selling a set of 17x9 +17 (i believe those are the specs) TE37s that are now white with a red lip.. saw it on SAU.
was around 3-3.5k i think

te37s are nice but i think they are beginning to become a bit over done... however the te37 with hurta concave and some dish still does get me excited.

also if people could suggest an offset for me? im a noob when it comes to rims so any help would be appreciated.

why not go for some 18x9 +30 GTR rims (not mine, mine are sold lol) ... get some for 2.5k-ish in mint condition, and get them painted or powdercoated in black.

on Rad's S14 they sat flush with the guards

cst are a japanese rim that is at the cheaper end of the market. not a large range of offsets... 18" max

cst hyper zeros are a japanese rim. they are awesome in many ways. but they are now unfortunately discontinued. that being said tho, they were sold for ridiculously cheap there, and alot of places just bought shitloads of them - so theres still some being sold brand new.

they are cheap, in australia second hand sets sell for <$2k in big sizes and good conditions. and for about $1000 brand new in japan on auctions

check on ns.com, there was a pair in pretty manly sizes, with advan semi slicks, being sold for $1000, and people were going on about how it was expensive
