no they cant
i know the r32gtr pfc works fine cause i had one.
there are lots of threads on sau about it including the pfc faq thread.
for some reason im sure you would be right tho

twin afm,twin o2 sensors, lower impedance injectors on 26.
25 ecu works with a few wire changes

yeah i was using with gtr injectors, but the afm's & o2 sensors are no big issue
