Rear plate must be illuminated as per ADRs, and it must be a white light.

headlight (high/low beam) (white)
front park or side lights (white)
tail lights (red)
brake light(s) (red)

clearance lights (trucks and cycle type vehicles only) (front: yellow/white, side: yellow, rear: yellow/red)
number plate light (white);
