i know this has probably been brought up before but i'm currently looking into different ISP's as my current contract with Optus is up (thank god) and i'm looking for something better.
I was thinking about going for B.O.B, and just wondering what anyone thinks of it? if they have it or not? etc...
Cheers

Its rather costly and they push that you use there modem ($269)
Unless you really want to make those VOIP calls id advise dodging BOB and just go Naked.
Im currently on iiNet with the Naked DSL home 5 Plan ($89 40gb/60gb)
Great net which is fast has differnt templates availble (Can select a preset for gaming speed, stable for downloading etc) from the "toolbox" and the freezone is rather handy for quota free entertainment.
Good service centre and they even text you when there is outages (2 years 1 outage btw) but their billing department is fucked. Call centres in Perth and Capetown depending on the time you call.
All the best with your ISP hunting.

IINET = awesome value and customer support is pretty good, so if you dont know your shit regarding internets, ip's, logins and setting up modems/phone filters etc. Go them
Amnet = same same as quality of iinet and value, but customer support is dogshit and should only be used if you know your way around your gear your using and can fix simple issues related to your home setup. or know someone that does. Go them

BoB is a piece of shit hardware that iiNet supplies. Don't buy it. I helped Equalizer set his up the other night and it's the worst interface I have ever used and has minimal customization options.
What are you looking for specifically? Naked DSL? ADSL2+? VoIP ? .... how much do you want to spend per month and setup fees, what hardware do you currently have .etc will help us answer your query a little better.

Thanks Guys
Cplagz, currently i've just got 2 average desktop PC's, nothing special. The missus has her wireless Laptop. And i have my Wii connected Wireless and my Xbox connected Lan to Xbox live.
Currently I'm paying line rental for my phone from optus & paying 59.95p/month for 15gb download. its bs, but i was stuck with the plan when i moved house.
I was only thinking about B.O.B coz i could connect it up and not worry about linerental, just run it all in one.

You will be slugged $150 setup fee if you go no-plan option. You will be without internet going to Naked DSL (which is what BoB is) as you can't fast churn. iiNet Naked DSL counts uploads - no good if you use torrents, but they dont charge for national calls to landlines which is great.
