Mazda Capella

1989 Mazda Capella, 1.8L LPG only, 4 speed manual.

$750.

Great daily driver, gets about 450kms to a tank of gas - $25-28.
Just fitted new clutch kit, flywheel machined, re-sleeved clutch master and slave cylinders and new clutch fluid. Also new transaxle oil. Done no more then 50kms.
Has had new plugs, air filter and coolant flush in last 5,000kms.
Will change engine oil in next week.
Rego til 08/2010.

Brake booster is buggered, but leave choke up and shes fine. Been quoted $180 to get another booster made up.
Car has also been stolen a couple of times and doesn't have ignition barrel, has stealthy cool screwdriver start. You'll be the coolest cat at your swingers party!

does it have an immobilser & does the aircon work?

has no immb fitted, and a/c comp is in place but i never bothered getting it gassed to see if it works.

rego is due on this on 9th august. condition is same as above, except battery was replaced 3 months ago with a brand spanker.

take it away for $600.

only catch is bird driving it is away at mine site so i wont get the door key til tuesday 27th if anyone wants to look at it or test drive.

this thing is sitting in a mates garage near the saint. aparantely the ignition is buggered, have to hold screw driver turned to keep it running. rego is overdue, ran out nearly 3 months ago but if paid before may 8 can be renewed ($228.10 for 6 months)

if anyone wants it let me know and i'll arrange a time to meet you over there to do paperwork, recommend tow away. i'd suggest just rigging up a push button + switch ignition to over come problem unless you wanted to hit up wreckers and maybe find a 626 ignition (unsure if it'd suit but similar model)

will be going to scrap + handing plates in on 6th if no one wants it.

It's factory LPG, would be pretty hard to part out.
